Manchester United has backed manager Erik Ten Hag’s decision to banish Cristiano Ronaldo from the Squad that will face Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Saturday. It has been revealed that the Portuguese star had deliberately refused to as a substitute in the 89th minute. Instead, he left the pitch.

Manchester United has released a statement: “Cristiano will not be part of the Man United team for this Saturday’s game against Chelsea. Rest of the squad is fully focused on preparing for that fixture”.

Cristiano has had just two premier league starts under Ten Hag. The relationship with his manager seems to have been on the deathbed as Ten Hag has insisted that no player is more important than the club. A statement that has been directed to CR7
