English Premier League leaders Arsenal FC is under pressure as they risk losing the premier league title to Manchester City, who are second with just five points between them. Arsenal has played two extra games.
The gunner dropped points after a dramatic draw versus Southampton, who are 20th in the league. This was Arsenal’s third consecutive draw that leaves them in a precarious position, having witnessed Manchester City humiliating and knocking out German giants Bayern Munich at an aggregate of 4-1 in the champions league quarter-finals.
Arsenal will travel to Etihad Stadium to face Manchester City. Michael Arteta, the Arsenal coach, admits that this game will be like a final. If Manchester City wins, this will be a big blow to the Gunners, as the Citizens will be two points behind Arsenal with two games in hand.
For Arsenal to win the Premier League, they must win the remaining six games. Manchester City has an advantage of the goal difference as they are advantaged by the unstoppable efforts of their striker Erling Halaand.
