Manchester United aims to push captain Harry Maguire out of Old Trafford by the end of the season. Saturday’s FA game against Manchester City will likely be Maguire’s last game for the red devils.

The club opted to pay ten million pounds to let me leave the club as the defender still has two years left in his contract, enabling him to earn £ 190,000 a week. Alternatively, they will propose his name for a swap deal with Chelsea’s Mason Mount.

Harry Maguire’s woes worsened after the arrival of Erik Ten Hag as the coach earlier this season as Manchester strengthened the defense by buying Lisandro Martinez from Ajax. In some circumstances, Ten Hag preferred to play left-back Luke Shaw as a center-back instead of Harry Maguire.

”Thanks, Chelsea any chance you can pay his wages in full as well maybe do that over 8 years or something as well.”
